Will Rovio restore my game?

Last Thursday I was leading in the arena by 650 points, star level almost 65,all birds at 10, with several birds with banked feathers that would take me to elder silver. Then…the game froze at login. Tried everything suggested but nothing worked. Since I didn’t have a Facebook account, couldn’t restore that way. Transferred game to SD card, deleted and reinstalled game. Square one. Aleksander at Rovio said if I could provide old receipts and make a small gem purchase, that they would restore my progress and refund my money for the purchase. Did that yesterday at 9:00 AM U.S. eastern time. Sent email this morning at 7:00AM asking for status update. Crickets. I realize the 6 hour time difference between Sweden and Florida but he could have at least said “working on it.” But nothing. Do y’all think Rovio will make this good or am I just out of luck?
BTW,I now have Facebook, so my new rookie status is saved. Just want the old me back.
